Archery

Courtenay and District Fish and Game archery members enjoy an outdoor range with flat targets at several ranges.
There is also a 3D archery trail with at least 35 targets of various animal forms.
New this September 2007, thanks to the time and hard work of club members and donations of machinery and material, is wheelchair accessible archery.
Accessibility by wheelchairs is now available to members to 5 targets along the trail (Targets 4 through 8).
Ye Old Archers' Cabin provides some warmth and shade and occasionally a hot cup of coffee!
The range is available each day for the use of archers, and they regularly meet the first Sunday of each month.

For any info about archery and keep an eye out here for upcoming archery events.

Black Powder

Held on the 2nd Sunday of the month  10 AM - 1 PM

All Members, Family, and Friends:

 Historical Muzzle Loading Firearms!

Tomahawk & Knife Throwing!

Good Clean Fun for the entire Family!

If you have ever thought that firing a traditional black powder firearm would be fun then feel free to show up. Contrary to popular belief, black powder firearms have considerably lower amounts of recoil compared to modern center fire rifles. In addition muzzle blast is much lower.

Looking forward to seeing you at our next shoot.
