Featuring

This exciting first-time event is our way to recognize National Range Day Canada where ranges across our country invite members of the public to come and experience hands on what the shooting sports are all about.

Come out to discover all the CDFGPA has to offer at its scenic location on Comox Lake. The family friendly open house event involves tours and interactive  activities that provide an opportunity for participants to try a wide variety of shooting sports with free and paid packages available.

There is no cost to participate in the introductory portion of most of the target sports which can include 5-10 shots per activity. For those enthusiastic visitors, there are a variety of paid shooting packages available.

Our experienced volunteers will provide one on one guidance and instruction to ensure safe and responsible firearm use for the range activities.
All firearms and munitions will be provided at the ranges, so attendees are asked not to bring their own firearms.

Demonstrations of various target sports will be put on by highly skilled members at regular intervals throughout the day and is a must see to believe!
We will be offering experiences in all sections of our Association such as Family Fishing, Hatchery Tour, a Spring Craft Show and an onsite lunch option from our clubhouse kitchen.
